CNC ROUTING

Our CNC Routers can cut plastic or wood sheets from 1/16” thru 2” thick. They have spindle speeds up to 32,000 rpm and travel speeds up to 800” per minute. Our Routers have 60” x 120” working tables and are ready to help meet your profile and production needs.

CNC CUTTING

Our CNC saws are a precise option for straight cuts with tight tolerances. They cutup to 3” thick material out of bar stock or sheet goods. We can cut slugs, blocks, or finished parts. With 120” x 120” tables and both variable cut speeds and spindle speeds, we are ready to meet your production needs.

CUSTOM SHIMS

With the capabilities of our machines and with over 40 years of machining experience we can provide the CUSTOM SHIMS and spacers that you need. Through a wide variety of materials and custom shim sizes with or without holes or slots, we can help meet your needs.

LASER ETCHING

Laser etching or engraving can add that special touch to almost anything. This can be done on a variety of materials such as acrylic, glass, wood, metal and more. Add your logo to a new project or remodel. Add gray scale technology to etching a piece of wood. The end results are nothing but outstanding.

LASER CUTTING

Our Kern laser has a large 60” x 120” work area with 250 watts of power. This high-performance machine is perfect for either large-format solutions or small intricate parts. With supreme accuracy and repeatability at high speeds, you can’t go wrong with a laser finished part.
